Corporate support roles

We have a variety of roles to choose from. Our corporate support roles are home based with occasional travel to attend in-person meetings to visit our properties.

We also have Administration and Finance Officer roles in all our Care Homes.

What opportunities are there?

We have roles in the following functional areas:

• Finance & Procurement
• Marketing, Digital & Communications
• Information Technology
• Quality, Safety and Compliance
• Business Administration
• Human Resources & Payroll

What skills and qualifications will I need?

Most of the opportunities in these areas require prior experience of working in that function or profession in a similar organisational setting. Some may also require attainment of professional qualifications and/or membership of a professional body. However, we also occasionally advertise for administration posts to support our operation and functions. And to be eligible to apply for these ‘entry level’ roles, it is business administration skills that are most important, as well as a keen interest to may be develop further in that function.

How can I progress?

We are keen to encourage and support our corporate colleagues to develop in their chosen profession to reach their full potential. We therefore offer funding and sponsorship to those who demonstrate high potential, to achieve professional qualifications. We also fund professional memberships where it is a role requirement.
