Ivy House is a peaceful and secure sheltered house for over 55s. Situated on the north side of Wellington, just a short 10-minute walk from the town centre, this sheltered house is conveniently located near a range of amenities.

Each of Ivy House's 25 rooms offers a private space, complete with a kitchen and bathroom, ensuring residents can enjoy both privacy and independence. Shared laundy facilities are also available on-site for added convenience.

Our home has a beautiful garden offering stunning views of the Wellington Monument. Our own car park and nearby bus stop provide easy transportation options for residents to explore Wellington's shops, supermarkets, and places to eat.

The renowned Wellington Park is just a stone's throw away, inviting nature lovers to enjoy peaceful walks or try their hand at fishing in the picturesque Wellington Basins.
