With 42 self-contained bungalows and flats, our community offers the perfect blend of independence and support for older people. The Firs Complex is more than just a place to live - we have everything you’ll need for a comfortable retirement. All of our properties are fitted with their own modern kitchens and bathrooms. While most of our homes are one-bedroom, we also offer a few spacious two-bedroom properties, ideal for those who would like extra living space or for couples. We offer mixed tenure with 60% of the residents being leaseholders. The complex has a rich history, with some of our residents having been born, had their children, or even worked in the building when it was a maternity hospital.
